Refund Policy

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at drssbarmer@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution as soon as possible.

Refund Policy:

Dingal Rasawal aim towards complete customer satisfaction. In case you’re not happy with any products you have purchased on this website, you can simply return the item(s) and we’ll send you a replacement or refund your money.

You can return an item to us, provided you do so within a 7 day window. If your order has been placed online, email us at drssbarmer@gmail.com for a refund or exchange provided on the order invoice and details.

  2. Items should be ideally in the original packaging.

  3. Items should be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

We recommend you to use a registered post service that includes insurance for your returns. We can only give you a refund or exchange if:

  2. Tell us why you're returning the item(s) and whether you want a refund or a replacement.

  3. Post your item back to us.
     

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or we send you the wrong item, we apologize for the inconvenience. You’ll be refunded for the original item price.
