Shri Deep Singh Bhati is an ex. principal, author, and cultural revivalist from Rajasthan. With a career spanning nearly four decades in the state's education service, he has authored over ten books, creating a significant literary archive for the Rajasthani language. In 2017, he founded the pioneering YouTube channel "डिंगल रसावल", a digital platform that has grown into a global classroom for Rajasthani heritage, connecting a new generation to their roots.

Shri Bhati's journey is one of sustained and impactful service to the Rajasthani language. For nearly four decades, he served in the Rajasthan Education Service, primarily as a teacher dedicated to rural education. During this time, he established himself as a respected author, creating a foundational literary archive through the publication of over ten books of prose and poetry, with a special focus on the classical Dingal tradition.

In 2017, he pioneered a new chapter in cultural preservation by establishing the YouTube channel "डिंगल रसावल." This digital platform has become a significant, self-reliant institution for the Rajasthani language. It has successfully re-engaged a new generation, resulting in over 24 crore minutes of Rajasthani cultural and historical content being watched by a dedicated community of over 4.3 lakh followers worldwide.
