Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 48 working hours of receiving order (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. When your order is placed successfully, you will receive an email notification on the mail address you’ve registered on our website or on the mail address that you provided us at the time of order placement. Please make sure your contact details regarding this order are accurate and available, so that you can get the latest updates and status for your order conveniently.

Shipping Rates and Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. At this moment, we only ship in India. If you want to place your order to an address outside India, please contact us at: drssbarmer@gmail.com

Shipping Modes:

All the necessary details about the shipping mode for your order, will be included in the invoice you’ll receive after the successful placement of order. We mostly ship orders through India Post. But in some cases we may consider various modes for shipment. Your order will be shipped by any of the following shipping services:

India Post: India Post is a government operated postal system in India, which is under the jurisdiction of Department of Post, Ministry of Communications of the Government of India. Generally called "the Post Office" in India.

Buses: We’ll only ship orders thru buses after duly consulting with the customer and with their prior permission. We ship orders through private and government owned buses usually for the orders that are to be delivered to the addresses which aren’t widely covered by major urban shipping services.

Home Delivery: We ship and deliver orders thru home delivery mode for the orders have the delivery address nearby area/region/city/district the office location of DingalRasawalShodhSansthan. We’ll send you the contact details of the delivery agent if the shipping mode is ‘Home Delivery’.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us which will include the invoice of purchase and other details including order number, mode of shipping and tracking ID which you can use to check your order status.

If the shipping mode is ‘India Post’, it means that your order will be delivered by India Post (a government service). You can also check your order on our website by logging in with your account.You can track India Post order status at: https://indiapost.gov.in. It may take upto 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Please be patient in the meantime or contact us at: drssbarmer@gmail.comwith your order number.

If the shipping mode is Bus/Home Delivery/Other, the invoice will include the contact information of bus operators or agent details. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received the order details and tracking information within 5 days of receiving your order confirmation email, please contact us at drssbarmer@gmail.com with your Name, Phone No. and order no. and we will look into it for you.

India post is showing my order is delivered but I haven’t received it yet. Why?

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We ship and send your order as soon as it gets placed on our website. We don’t delay any activity of order processing. Sometimes your order is delivered to the India post office of your area but the postman of India Post doesn’tdeliveres it, and the status on website shows “Delivery is confirmed”. Please keep your contact details available that you used while placing the order, because in case you are not available at the moment of delivery, the delivery agent can leave the package with your neighbor. However,If your order is still not delivered, you don’t have to worry. Your order is totally safe with us. In such situation, we request you to contact your local postman or India Post Office or mail us at: drssbarmer@gmail.com by mentioning the order number.
